Du Brabant Aristophanes

Black and creamy head. Licorice, toast, charcoal herbal hops and only a touch of lactic aromas. Bubbly but appealing mouth feel. Medium bitter, good toasty malts. Not to long in the aftertaste, but that’s okay, ideal a nice rich dry flavour and enough body to carry the big bubble. Very appealing and well done beer! (75cl bottle from Belgian Beer Shop Leuven)
