Du Brabant Origame 4

Hazy orange, lasting, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of ripe orange, mango, mellow onion, mandarin peel, pepper, breadcrust. Taste is light fruity sweet, orange & mango, bready & yeasty, medium hoppy bitterness of mandarin peel, onion, somewhat piney-grassy, leading to a dry, piney hoppy finish, quite bitter, where yeast & ripe fruit linger. Medium body, slick oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite good.
