Du Brabant Plato's Cave

Bottleshare at Chez Smith. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is thin and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, some creamy sweetness. Tangy citrus and hop spice. Bruised tropical fruits. Mild orange peel. Light dry spicy finish. The best of this underwhelming series.
