Beer description
Grand tasting at Craft Islington with Hackobock. Thanks to Mate-ee-oo. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, mildly sweet. Dry floral candy fruits. Touch of dry sherbet. Finishes dry, perfumey floral and bitter. A tad dry but interesting.
