Beer description

The winner of the red beer competition, La Rousse is the result of a mix of 3 malt hops and spices, but the composition is kept top secret. The contrast is astonishing in the end: the prelude is full and malty at first and then clears the way for tasty caramel and roasted almonds and the conclusion ends with a fruity finish. An "iron fist in velvet gloves" as the brewery Mont-Blanc says.
