A playful and solemn interpretation of the Belgian Dubbel in this toasted beer, with a sweet background, malty surface and a liquorish and seductive body. A 3-month maturation in Monastrell wine barrels rounds off and consolidates this reference as Yakka's most obscene and whimsical creation... For the moment.
Harmony: Grilled meats, custard mille-feuille, soft armchairs and anything that sounds solemn and gourmet.
