DuClaw Kölsch

This is the Foundation Series! Inspired by the German Kölsch style that originated in Cologne in the late 1800s, their Kölsch exhibits a precisely balanced flavor and aroma, comprised of a delicate mix of low malt, pleasant, subtle fruit notes, and low hop bitterness. It is medium-light in body, smooth, crisp, clear and pale straw in color with a fleeting white head and a dry, slightly crisp finish with no bitter aftertaste.
