While exploring the variations possible in sour beer, their brewing staff went to the dark side, creating a dark sour and aging it in our own Retribution Imperial Stout barrels. The result is a light/medium-bodied barrel-aged sour combining the tart sweetness of Sour Me This, with the Bourbon, vanilla, and charred wood notes of Retribution for a complex, yet highly drinkable new hybrid.
