The spring blooms of cherry blossoms in Maryland are a highlight of the season every year. To pay homage we’ve drawn inspiration from a cherry blossom cocktail which leverages sweet and tart cherry juices, tart pink grapefruit, orange, lime, and citrusy yuzu fruit. Sour Me Cherry Blossom balances perfectly the tart, bitter, and sweet flavors of these multiple fruit additions. Fuller body from all of the fruit, but dry and easy drinking.
