It continues on the palate with the unmistakable character given by the main ingredient, chestnut, used in the production phase in the form of flour, strictly selected by a small agricultural producer from the Alto Lario area. The drink ends rich, full, with a general feeling of satisfaction. A beer in which the different organoleptic components play a decisive role in the collective complexity.
