Beer description
The entrance is warm and enveloping, with the typical flavours you would expect from a Christmas Beer. The spices used in infusion (bergamot, ginger, juniper berries, elderflower, cinnamon and raisins) are full of accents. The addition of lime honey gives an additional and characteristic camphorized note, with the malty part that finally contributes to enrich the drink with hints of toffee and toffee. The alcoholic sensation is well hidden by the general freshness given by the spices, making the beer lush and satisfying.
The finish is sweet, full, enveloping and perfectly balanced, with a remarkable overall balance between the various organoleptic components.
A beer that warms up but is at the same time enjoyable and delicious.
