Beer description
This is already the fourth version of this herbal beer, which is brewed with one of the hottest herbs known in Europe - the wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and the common starch (Artemisia vulgaris). This combination of herbs is a great substitute for hops in beer and was used in monasteries in the Middle Ages to make Wermuth beer. The moderated bitterness of the wormwood and the herbaceous tones harmonize well with the malt and resemble vermouth wine that is familiar to many.
