Dune Hunter is a NEIPA brewed with the largest amount of oats we have ever used! This creates a high protein base for us to add a hefty Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic dry hop for the polyphenols. The combination of the polyphenols and the proteins build this lovely, very hazy IPA.
