Ventured up to Leeds for a collab with North Brewing Co. OGs Simcoe, Centennial and Colombus give piney bitterness and throwback fruit flavours. Bates apprenticed as a brewer in the late 90’s early noughties and loves this style be it pale, IPA or DIPA.
