The first year of our Elegance. Barrel ged Beers without anything to hide behind, No adjuncts or blending just the beer and the barrel!
This year we we made a imperial soust on bourbaon barrels. A lovely match of malt comlexity and sweethness of the sout with some vanila and roasted caramel bournon notes.
