Beer description

Together with THE BEERSTEWARD from Belgium, we brewed a series of three Pastry Stouts. Leander and Thibo, both of Belgian descent, chose three iconic classics from the Belgian pastry world to reimagine as beers. This is classic number two: Crêpe Suzette! A dessert of thin pancakes (crêpes) served in a sauce of caramelized butter, sugar, orange juice, and orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier. It's often topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. According to some Dutch people, these are French classics, but hey, let this be our modest revenge for those so-called “French” fries.
