It's harvest time.
That means we can use fresh, unkilned hops. Naturally, we source them as close to home as possible. The Belgian hop farm Hoppecruyt supplied us with a batch of Cascade and Groene Bel hops. Just like last year, we used no less than 60 grams per liter(!).
Although these are fresh hops, this amount adds a generous dose of dankness on top of the beer's fruity character. We wish you could have been there to experience the delicious, fresh hop aroma in the brewery that day.
Drink it fresh—the hop aroma evaporates quickly!
