Collab with Norm! Last year, we met the brewers of Norm at the Brugge Beer Festival. It was a no-brainer that we had to brew together one day and that day is today!
We decided to brew a Double Mash Imperial Stout. To build up layers, we added Liquorice and carob in the second mash. During fermentation, we spiced up the brew with a hint of Cinnamon.
Expect a big, bold, and velvety Imperial Stout with a layered bouquet of flavors!
