Dutch Bargain - Oops We Crashed A Thiol Party

For this collab with Zuyd, we went to work with a very special yeast, the Hop Unlock from WHC labs. They have developed a yeast that can release bound thiols. These thiols give the tipical tropical aromas to ipas. For this beer, we went to work with Cascade in the brewhouse (mash hopping, boil and whirlpool) and during fermentation we did another double dryhopping with Cascade and Hopsteiner's experimental Solero.
