Beer description
Re-release of our April 2019 signature beers. This time as our Spring Seasonal! We were pretty drunk at Billie's Craftbeer Festival when we decided to brew a clone of Lervig's Passion Tang. We let the lactobacillus do its job for a whopping 62 hours. And to curb the sour violence a bit, we added lactose and lots of passion fruit, which also gives the beer a certain tartness.
