Our head brewer Thibo is a real Smooth Operator; without anyone noticing, he smuggled in a load of fruit. ? Not to build up his own resistance, but to brew this great smoothie sour. We could also have called it **Smooth Sailing** because we went overseas to get some tropical mango, passion fruit and lime! A great way to bring back memories of summer on the coast of Zeeland!
