Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
¡Ay caramba! This homemade tepache is a low-alcohol Mexican street drink made with fermented pineapple and habanero pepper. The addition of Madame Jeanette peppers provides a fiery taste. Just before bottling, we added a few more super fresh habanero peppers to really set your mouth on fire. Call the fire department! No, don't wait, this Tepache is mixed with our Berliner Weisse, which gives this beer its very refreshing, slightly acidic character. Fresh, sour, sweet, fruity, spicy, all flavors compressed together.
