The beer is dark brown, it looks almost black in the glass, but you can see ruby ​​flashes under the light. The foam is beige, moderately abundant, made of small eyes, it does not fall off immediately, but after a few minutes, only the ring at the edges remains on the surface, while the walls have a modest lacing. In the aroma, the first thing that draws attention is the coffee roast, it dominates here. Later the chocolate becomes slightly more pronounced. Unfortunately, somewhere in the background there is a disadvantage, which oscillates between a light acetaldehyde and excessive alcoholicity, which I would not expect in such a beer, quite light by design. The taste again has a distinct roast, not necessarily coffee-like, there is also a hint of ash, and at the end a distinct acidity, as is the case in heavily roasted beers. The bitterness in the finish is clear, mainly herbal, a bit roasted, but also with some citrus motifs. The beer is low saturated with a nice smooth texture, so the oatmeal did a good job. My first contact with the Dziki East Brewery. Beer does not impress, but it does not reject it. It can be said that an average person.
