We met the Clock Brewery at noon on compacted earth... I mean it was 5:24pm and the floor of the brewery was compacted earth. We looked deep into each other's eyes and someone shouted the slogan: Cooperation! What was still missing were turbo-fresh Polish and Czech hops. You hold the rest of the story in your hands. Well zdraví! Ingredients: water; malt: barley; Hops: Marynka, Most, Zula. Książęcy; Yeast.
