Light orange and slightly hazy. The foam consists of large meshes and falls quickly. A clear aroma of mandarins, white fruit and citrus. The taste is dry with a distinct bitterness. There are citrus with grapefruit in the foreground. It's very full for non-alcoholic drinks.
