E9 Brewing Co - Du Vieux Monde (Batch 5)

A great version of a biere de coupage (a blend of fresh stainless fermented saison and 18 month barrel aged saison). Slight floral and citrus like dry hop aromatics mingling with a peachy, fruity yeast note on the nose. That yeast driven fruit note carries through on the palate, with the high carb and dryness sparkle across the tongue as well.
