Our Bohemian Pilsner is a fresh hop beer with a uniquely modern retro twist… We’ve journeyed the globe to bring you a little bit of old world meets new world. Sourcing exceptional, floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt directly from the Czech Republic & intensely aromatic Summer Saaz and Victoria hops from Margaret River Hops. Moreish bready and biscuity malt flavour is followed by bright apricot, herbal and citrus characters from the local hops, delivered to the brewery as whole cones, just a couple of hours after being picked.
