The Japanese translation of Kaiju is "Strange Beast". That exactly what this beer is. A pilsner brewed with fresh ginger and Hibiscus Berry Green Tea. Now this beer might sound like a "strange beast", however, the subtlety of these flavors combined make for a nice, light, easy drinking beer.
