Beer description
A pilot batch of mead, combining the tartness and pithiness of grapefruit juice and orange peel with Lapsang Souchong tea and a medley of peppercorns (tellicherry black, Malaysian white, Mysore green, Brazilian pink). Back sweetened with North Dakota sweet clover honey. Earthy, smoky, tart, and sweet.
