Brasserie des Eaux Vives - Monsieur Mouche

Amber color, brown reflections, scanty foam. Nose on celery, sweet spices, caramel, fruits in alcohol. Mouth with a tangy attack, roundness, quite marked alcohol, a discreet bubble and a slightly sweet finish. A strong beer but a little lacking in pep.
