Kettle sour brewed with generous amounts of raspberries and a hint of lemon. The flavour description here is simple: This tastes like raspberries. It's brewed with natural ingredients, and it tastes like natural ingredients. We will probably drink this beer mostly as a refreshment, but it can also work with food. Shellfish and seafood, or salads where you also use the beer in a dressing to give it acidity. It will dress up a variety of desserts, preferably with sweet and not too bitter chocolate.
