Beer description
We have added casks from a very special distillery, one we have not used before, to Eggens' collection of cask-aged beers! We managed to get hold of casks from Lambay Island, where the Quadrupel has been ageing for no less than 315 days. The notes of Irish whiskey are well present and full of character in the beer, without being overpowering. A beautiful combination of flavours, a delicious beer for colder days.
