Beer description
Eggens Quadrupel barrel-aged, +/- 1092 days aged in very old cognac barrels from a distillery in Charente. Through a long maturation ( First Fill), of almost three years, the Eggens Quadrupel has been able to make the cask all its own, taking in all the flavours from the old cognac cask. Beautiful complex flavours with lots of depth, without the sharp edges due to the prolonged maturation.
Batch: #MAR-Q3-2024, a total of two barrels resulting in 960 bottles. Bottled September 2024.(005/2024)
