Freeze-Distilled
Fermentation
Beer description
Making an Eisbock has always been a special challenge.
By freezing the beer and removing the ice crystals many times, both the alcohol and the flavour intensity of the beer is concentrated, which is a very challenging and intensive manual process that is very time-consuming.
Eisbock 37 is Denmark's strongest Eisbock because the freeze distillation has been repeated several times.
To honour the old German tradition, the beer was brewed bottom-fermented and with only four ingredients: barley malt, water, hops and yeast.
