Beer description
Ékorchée au bleuet is a hybrid beer fermented with a micro-organism flora derived from the kombucha mother and beer yeasts (saccharomyces and brettanomyces). This fermentation gives it a delicate vinegary acidity and the fruity, rustic flavours of the 'bretts'. Brewed in collaboration with Ékorce Kombucha, this version is in fact a blend of 50% beer matured for 8 months in cabernet sauvignon barrels and 50% blueberry & comptonie voyageuse kombucha. This fruity blend makes a perfect beer for a day at the beach or simply as an aperitif on your favourite terrace. (SRM 2)
