Beer description
Ékorchée Gingembre & Érable is a hybrid beer fermented with a flora of micro-organisms derived from the kombucha mother as well as beer yeasts (saccharomyces and brettanomyces). This fermentation gives it a delicate vinegary acidity as well as the spicy, fruity and rustic aromas of the 'bretts'. Brewed in collaboration with Ékorce Kombucha, this version is a blend of 58% Ékorchée matured for 7 months in maple wine barrels and 42% Ginger & Maple Kombucha. The result is a perfect blend for a day at the beach or simply as an aperitif on your favourite terrace.
