Espiga - Ekuanot & Idaho Gem

Ekuanot & Idaho Gem is the ninth beer in the DUAL HOPS collection that we are brewing this year. These IPAs are hazy in appearance with kilos and kilos of hops. This time we have selected Ekuanot hops, which we love for its aroma and flavour profile of tropical and citrus fruits, and we have combined it with Idaho Gem, which has an aroma profile of plums and pineapple-type sweet fruits. The result is an original blend of fruits in which the aromas of pineapple, citrus and plums stand out. Both hops are of American origin. It has a hazy appearance, a golden colour and a creamy, white haze. In the aroma we find pineapple, potato and plums on a citrus base that acts as a link between all the fruits. In flavour we also appreciate all these notes accompanied by a silky sensation provided by the combination of cereals blat, civada and ordi. Try this new combination of fruits that will surprise you!
