Our first New England IPA is a beer with a very juicy body and the characteristic haziness of the style, collateral effect of the intensive use of oats, wheat and hops. A massive amount of El Dorado and Citra hops was added in a Double Dry Hopping. The biotransformations happening between hops and yeast produce, on the one hand, fresh aromas of watermelon, pear, citrus and geraniums, and, on the other hand, an astonishing tropical fruit flavour. Truly a hop juice that will shake your standards of how a beer should be.
