Braised beer mixing barley, wheat and spelt, with a matt straw colour, slim body, drinkable, the nose perceives the summer scent of freshly cut wheat. On the nose the bitter citrus aroma of the famous and precious Savona chinotto is evident. Excellent aperitif, it goes well with fresh cheese and fish dishes.
