El Issor Harmalu A.p.a.

It is inspired by the beers from overseas called APA or American Pale Ale. Obtained by mixing 3 types of American malts and hops, including Simcoe. Harmalu has an amber brown colour. Excellent to accompany grilled meats and cheese boards served with special honeys and mustards, and savoury mixtures produced with refined flours.
