Beer description
Amber beer produced by mixing 5 types of malt and 4 types of hops, which make it full-bodied despite having an alcohol content of 5.6% vol.
A hint of malt and a strong bitterness conferred by German hops persists on the palate.
Excellent with spicy dishes and mature cheeses.
It deserves, where it is available, the draught version stapled with carbo-nitrogen.
