Elegast is a character in Dutch legend, a faerie king who rides a BLACK horse. He could pick locks, put people to sleep, and talk to animals after eating a magic herb. This beer has legendary dynamics, from the complex malt flavor, a sour mash and a Belgian yeast there is a LOT going on in this glass! Please enjoy! Chocolate, roast, cherries, black forest cake, faint coffee and toffee. Medium dry.
