The second brew in the brewery's "Freestyle" series is a version of the Apis IV Quadruple aged in the Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel. Deep ruby red color, notes of port wine, raisins, figs and honey, as well as notes of Belgian candi syrup, vanilla and cherry.
