Elissor - Citrus

Saison beer, made by mixing barely, wheat and spelt, straw-colored opaque, slight body, very drinkable, at the nose is perceived the scent of just cut summer grain. On the palate it shows the bitter flavour of the famous and precious citrus of Savona called Chinotto.
