Siduri is a character from The Epic of Gilgamesh who is a wise female divinity associated with fermentation. Have chosen this empowering name because the beer is a collaboration with The Pink Boots Society. Heavily dry hopped with Loral, Glacier, Mosaic, Simcoe & Sabro hops. A portion of the proceeds helped fund the Knoxville chapter.
