Little Creatures - Elsie

As a West Australian brewery we’re proud of our roots. We love the endless stretches of WA coastline, the Freo Doctor taking the edge off a hot Summer’s afternoon or casting a line from a tinny on the Swan. So, it felt only natural for us to make a beer just for WA. We’ve named the beer ‘Elsie’ after our beloved Kombi. She’s been with us since Day 1 – just like WA. She holds a special place in our hearts and is the perfect symbol of the carefree, laid back WA lifestyle we love being a part of. Elsie is inspired by the gold rush era Steam Ales of California. It’s our adaptation made fresh locally on our very own West Coast. Elsie is a refreshing ale with hints of citrus that give way to a subtle maltiness, finishing clean and dry. It’s the perfect beer for the west coast lifestyle. Call it a thank you, a cheers for all the help, or just a bloody good beer for the locals.
