Elusive Sphere of Destiny - Vic Secret

The "Sphere of Destiny" series is intended to show the different aromas of individual hop varieties. In this case the "Vic Secret" hop was used. Cloudy, golden yellow beer with a medium-sized, slightly creamy white head. In the smell there are floral hop notes, plus some grass and pineapple. The taste includes fruit aromas of pineapple, citrus fruits and light toffee notes. Sweet, slightly tart finish.
