Sori Brewing - Empathy Paints Clouds

A collaboration with Adroit Theory from Virginia on the East Coast of the USA! A New England IPA that's been massively dryhopped with Lupomax Citra, Lupomax Azacca, Lupomax Bru-1 and Nelson Sauvin. This is all about the strong flavours of mango, passion fruit and pineapple with notes of white grape. We have to admit this was probably one of our most expensive brews ever as we used ridiculously awesome Lupomax hops that give this NEIPA intensity that no other hop type can.
