Endeavor Landhaus

This is a beer done in the traditional Bavarian style with more than 50% wheat malt and fermented with a yeast that produces strong banana, clove, and vanilla flavors. A portion of Munich is added malt to give a subtle dark crust flavor underneath. Best enjoyed in your finest lederhosen or dirndl.
