Inspired by Highland Park’s own West Coast Pilsners, we jammed out with HPB, riffing endlessly on bold concepts and new ideas, landing on a combination of newer Southern Hemisphere and American noble hop varieties. The end result has the crisp drinkability of a classic pilsner and a west coast hop intensity. With vibrant notes of sweet tropical fruit, peppery citrus, and dank white wine grapes, you’ll truly wish every sip was endless!
